We do not allow, nor do we tolerate discrimination. We believe that we are better as a diverse organization where anyone can be accepted, be promoted, and thrive being who they are. Express Stores is an inclusive company, and we remain committed to those principles.

With recent events, we have witnessed the expression of pain felt by our nation’s people of color as people have courageously shared their stories. We have heard their stories, their fear, and their pain. As an organization, we must let the events of this past week serve as a reminder to continue to be united, standing against all racism and discrimination.

As we continue to monitor the situations unfolding across our nation, we will remain focused and vigilant in prioritizing the safety of our employees and customers. We value your safety and have put into place additional measures to help ensure Express Stores continues to be a safe place to work and shop.

The great Martin Luther King once said, “In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.” Please do not be silent, use your words to speak up and make a difference for you or somebody else.
